Waldemar will perform live music and create a new Barringtons-inspired artwork during the festival.
Waldemar van Wyk is a South African artist, multi-instrumentalist and music educator exploring rhythm, movement and atmosphere through paint and music. His work has been exhibited and collected internationally, including commissions in the United States, while his musical career includes supporting Paul Simon on the Born at the Right Time tour. His current work, Water Music, brings these two worlds together.
