Pertinent Information for All Participants
Your event may include any discipline and genre of visual arts,
performance arts, music, theatre, dance, poetry, and related creative
disciplines.
The negotiation, hiring and booking of venues for your event is to be
managed by yourselves.
Advertising, marketing and media for the Plett Arts Festival will be
managed by the Plett Tourism Association at no cost to participants.
In addition to this, you are requested to market your own events to
your databases and media platforms.
If your event has a venue in the Main Street precinct, you can
participate in the Plett Arts Twilight Meander from
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday 25 September.
This is the opening night of the Plett Arts Festival, with open
galleries, artists in attendance, wine and snacks, and music at venues.
Ticket sales for your event will be managed by yourselves. A link to
your online ticket sales or other booking details will be included on
your event page on the Plett Arts Festival website.
If audio or visual recordings, or photographs of your event, are made
by Plett Tourism, please indicate in your application whether these may
be used on Plett Tourism media platforms and shared with media partners.
These materials will also be made available for your own use, subject
to acknowledgement of Plett Arts Festival and Plett It's a Feeling,
together with the relevant logos.
You will be provided with a link to media kits, images and festival
information, and are requested to commit to promoting the event to your
databases and media platforms.
Please complete and submit your event details no later than
31 August 2026.
You may submit as many events as you choose. Please enter each event
separately, as per the application guide below.
