Neurographic Art

Discover the calming and creative world of Neurographic Art, a mindful drawing technique designed to encourage relaxation, emotional processing and self-discovery. Using simple, flowing lines and organic shapes, participants create interconnected patterns that resemble neural pathways. Sharp intersections are then softened and rounded, gradually transforming the drawing into a harmonious and visually pleasing artwork. This workshop is suitable for beginners and requires no previous art experience. The focus is on the process rather than perfection, allowing you to slow down, explore your thoughts and emotions, and enjoy a creative activity that can feel both meditative and freeing. Come with an open mind, enjoy the process, and leave with a unique piece of art created entirely by you. Maximum participants 20/ Booking is required
